This resource has been developed to help growers and farmers to manage the impact of Covid-19. As small-scale farmers are largely dependent on horticultural crops, livestock and fish farming - which provide them with a niche market and regular income flow - they end up losing their incomes when supply chains are not working at full capacity.

Please note that this advice is to help you to minimise the risk and if certain requirements are not practicable for your particular operation you should put other measures in place to keep the risk at a minimum.

The resource is FOR GUIDANCE ONLY. IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Businesses should ALWAYS consult the UK government and/ or industry guidance first.
